Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges

The next EAUC conference will be 22-24th March, 2010, Bangor University. The conference aims to highlight the sector’s successes on sustainability issues, whilst also providing a forum for delegates to discuss the future for their institutions in an ever changing world and their developing responsibilities for the both environment and the local community.

ECER

The European Educational Research Association holds an annual conference. The academic work of the Association is organised into 23 thematic networks. The networks most relevant to the Global Approach in ITE are Network 7 - Social Justice and Intercultural Education, Network 20 - Research in Innovative Intercultural Learning Environments and Network 10 - Teacher Education Research.

World Environmental Education Congress

The 5th World Environmental Education Congress ( May 10th – 14th 2009) gave nearly 2,200 stakeholders from 106 different countries the opportunity to join forces in exploring new ways to live together in schools and institutions, neighbourhoods and businesses, and in cities, towns and regions.
